Marching Band caps off 2012 competition season

To recap: The SPFHS Raiders Marching Band performed this fall in USBands Group 6-A competitions at Edison, Piscataway, South Plainfield and East Brunswick high schools. It also took part in Roxbury High School's Marching Band Classic. The band won First Place at the Yamaha Cup competition, with caption awards for Best Music, Best Effect and Best Guard. And finally, the Raiders placed second at the USBands Nationals competition, took the caption award for Best Effect - and won the "Esprit de Corps" award presented by the U.S. Marine Corps.

Above is a gallery of photos from Nationals. We'd like to keep adding to it, so if you have pictures from the event, please share!
